The products listed below are available seasonally. They are created while each crop is at peak ripeness and preserved for your enjoyment year round. We strive to have kimchi and sauerkraut available to keep you nourished year round. All of the produce used in our products is grown in Vermont. That which we do not grow ourselves is sourced from other small family farms in Vermont. We purchase produce from the following certified organic farms: Full Moon Farm in Hinesburg, Pete's Greens in Craftsbury, Bear Roots Farm in Barre, Friends & Neighbors Organic Farm in Marshfield, Jericho Settlers Farm in Jericho, and Last Resort Farm in Monkton.
