All products should be refrigerated upon receipt (yes, before opening) as they are raw and live cultured foods. They are not heat processed, canned, or sealed. Jars that bubble upon opening are safe to eat.

KIMCHI is a spicy, invigorating kimchi made with napa cabbage, carrots, daikon radish, garlic, ginger, hot peppers, gochugaru pepper, apples, Red Boat Fish Sauce. Sweetened with apples, this kimchi has a slight fruity flavor. We eat this kimchi on everything. Really.

GINGER KIMCHI is a less spicy ginger kimchi (made with the same vegetables as our traditional kimchi, but without Korean red chili pepper or fish sauce). It has just enough kick to get your day going and pairs perfectly with eggs, pork and salads.

SAUERKRAUT is made seasonally with green cabbage, leeks, carrots, turmeric root, and sea salt. It's addictive in the best possible way and we found ourselves reaching for it at nearly every meal. The last time Sandor Katz (author and fermentation revivalist) visited our homestead, he declared THIS to be his favorite of all our flavors.

FIESTA ROJA is inspired by the flavors Caitlin grew up eating. Our riff on "curtido" from El Salvador, it's made with red cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, and a blend of spices including cumin. Your taco nights just got even better (believe it, it's possible).

KIMCHI PASTE is made with certified organic gochugaru from Korea. We recommend using this savory, sweet and spicy thick paste as a marinade for meat dishes, in soups, stir fries or stews, or too make your own kimchi! So many possibilities and a little bit goes a long way. 

*Note: All products are sugar free, gluten free, and vegan (with the exception of Kimchi and Kimchi Paste, which is sugar-free and GF but not Vegan. Red Boat Fish Sauce is made solely from anchovies and salt).
